In this position, you will work closely with all departments and actively support us in building sustainable talent pipelines – especially for sales and technical profiles. You will identify suitable candidates through various channels, proactively approach them directly, and conduct initial interviews to assess their professional and personal suitability.
You will work in a structured manner, with a clear search strategy and a good understanding of the market. With your professional, communicative, and engaging manner, you will play a key role in helping us fill key positions successfully and sustainably.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and directly approaching suitable candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, and other relevant channels
- Building and maintaining talent pools, particularly for:
- Sales profiles (inside sales, field sales, business development, etc.)
- Technical positions (e.g., in electronics, engineering, technical consulting)
- Creating target group-specific search strategies
- Handling the entire interview process in cooperation with the department
- Market observation and identification of new recruiting channels
- Documentation and maintenance of candidate data in the HR system
